Landis+Gyr Signs Major AMI Service Contract with Caruna in Finland
Landis+Gyr has signed a contract on Metering as a Service with Caruna Oy, Finland’s largest distribution system operator (DSO), and will be responsible for operating 650,000 smart metering points starting in Autumn 2018.
Landis+Gyr extends its product portfolio with ULTRAHEAT®T330 / ULTRACOLD®T330, the new ultrasonic meter for residential heating and cooling applications. The T330 delivers top-level measurement accuracy and stability, robust design and easy handling.
Danish SK Forsyning to Roll Out Gridstream AMI Solution
SK Forsyning and Landis+Gyr have signed a contract for a comprehensive smart metering solution. In addition to AMI meters and software, Landis+Gyr will provide a wide range of services for a total of 12 years, to support an efficient rollout and subsequent operation of the smart metering solution.
Italy’s First Field Tests with G3 PLC Is About to Be Completed
At the beginning of 2017, within the framework of a pilot scheme, Landis+Gyr delivered 100 E450 G3 smart meters, and related concentrators, to Areti, one of Italy’s leading energy distributors in Rome, part of the ACEA group (one of the largest Italian multi-utility companies), to pilot G3 PLC meters in the country.
